Overview Katie Kraft Photography, founded in 2011, received the RVA Dance Photographer of the Year award in 2022. The business photographs high volume sports and dance, along with high school seniors, families and headshots in the Richmond, Virginia area.

Job Summary

The Photographer will work directly with the owner to photograph children ages 3-18 in sports and / or dance. We will train; however, you must already know how to use a DSLR or Mirrorless camera and also have a strong knowledge of photographing kids. We will provide a camera for you to use. You must either include your website or Instagram handle.

Responsibilities Manage and execute photography sessions as scheduled

Maintain a premier customer experience for all participants

Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications Experience and proficiency using DSLR or Mirrorless camera

Excellent communication & organization skills

Positive attitude and a strong ability to build relationships

Ability to work a varied schedule including some afternoons, nights and weekends

Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check

Positive feedback from clients, organizations and studios

Consistent punctuality and dependability
