The Superintendent will be responsible for all onsite build processes for the companys portfolio of Federal, Medical, Retail and Education projects.

Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain project quality and safety standards. Coordinate schedules, materials, and resources for seamless project execution. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues promptly. Collaborate with the project management team to align on goals and objectives. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Resolve any on-site challenges to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have : a strong background in commercial construction management, specifically in the business services industry; proven ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful completion; 5+ years of commercial ground up construction experience with a focus on Schools, Federal, Retail and / or Medical projects; excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; familiarity with construction software tools and scheduling programs; and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.
