Job Purpose
Responsible for managing a team of Account Executives and the overall strategy and execution for the assigned customer segment. The Senior Director will be responsible for meeting revenue goals, maintaining staff headcount, and meeting expense budget levels.
Essential Functions
- Develop sales goals and sales strategy for the market segment based on segment objectives.
- Drive Account Executive sales activity, customer interaction, and meet sales quotas while coaching and developing the team.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Experience / Background
At least 10 years of senior leadership experience managing a team of account executives.Demonstrated performance in a competitive sales environment.Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Supervisory Responsibilities
Oversee and direct the activities of a major segment of the organization.Budget / Financial Experience
Expense Management range from $500k-$2.5M.Revenue management of >$25M.
Education
Four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. MBA preferred.Seniority Level
