Weekend Requirement : Every 6th weekend

Will Clinician Float Within Scope to Meet Facility Needs? No

Open to Accommodating Block Schedule? No, shifts are M-F and every 6th weekend

Locals Accepted : No, home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility

Pending License Accepted : Yes

Special Requirements : Must have Home Health experience

Charting System : EPIC
