Job descriptionEstimated Rate Range : $ 60-65 / hr , depending on experience, setting, location, and status Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k) Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holidays Continuing Education Support Some positions offer a sign-on bonus or relocation Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence Document progress and adjust plans as needed Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current CA license (or eligibility) Passionate about improving patient quality of life Strong communication and teamwork skills We specialize in permanent placement for rehab therapy professionals Work with recruiters who understand your field and advocate for your career goals Access exclusive job openings across the country
