Your Mission

Your Role
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of events and campaigns that connect our brand with clients and prospects. Manage trade shows, webinars, and conferences from concept to completion. Create and repurpose content that builds momentum before, during, and after every event. Measure success and share results with clarity.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum 3 years experience managing events, webinars, or conferences.Proven experience managing B2B or higher education conferences, trade shows, and virtual events.Ability to plan, promote, and execute event campaigns from concept to completion.Experience coordinating pre-, during-, and post-event marketing campaigns including email, social, and paid ads.Strong understanding of brand positioning and audience engagement strategies.Experience working with sales teams to drive booth traffic, demos, and qualified leads.Skilled in vendor management (AV, venues, exhibit houses, event logistics, etc.).Comfortable analyzing data and presenting results to leadership.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management platforms.Strong project management and organizational skills.Work a in-office hybrid schedule in Jacksonville, Florida.Nice to Haves
Familiarity with higher education, HR tech, or SaaS marketing.Knowledge of accessibility and inclusivity best practices for events.Willingness to travel as needed for conferences and client events.Experience with HubSpot, ClickDimensions, or similar marketing automation tools.Compensation and Benefits
