Talascend is currently seeking a Retail Data Analyst for an opportunity in Warren, MI

OVERVIEW :

The client’s Customer Care Aftersales Dealer Retail Channel is looking for a highly skilled data analyst to play a pivotal role in increasing dealership service lane traffic and part sales. The analyst will be on point to collect organize and present data daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with business SMEs to capture and document data analytic requirements.
• Prioritize deliverables based on timing urgency and other business-related factors.
• Recommend and implement appropriate analytic solutions to meet business objectives.
• Analyze large amounts of structured / unstructured information identify anomalies and provide usable insight for business decisions
• Proactively identify opportunities of advanced analytics to streamline data processes and future deliverables.
• Ensure data integrity security and performance optimization
• Monitor progress manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are updated and aligned on expected outcomes.
• Prepare documentation and analytical reports that effectively summarize results assumptions and conclusions.
• Communicate complex information clearly appropriately for the intended audience and using data visualization techniques charts graphs etc..
• Establish collaborative relationships with business SMEs IT teams field team members 3rd party vendors and other business stakeholders. Stay current with data analytic techniques / technology and have a desire to learn new tools / skills. - Document and maintain desk procedures for ongoing tasks.
