Position Summary
Bilingual ability to read, write and speak in Spanish is highly desirable. Primarily responsible for providing direct customer service, support analysis and issue resolution. This role will be focused on partnering with the internal teams to resolve customer service needs through proactive customer interactions. This position plays a vital role in ensuring Total Customer Satisfaction through efficient request resolution process.

What We're Looking For
Required Education & Experience : Bilingual ability to read, write and speak in Spanish is highly desirable. High School Diploma or equivalent; or 1-3 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate's degree preferred.
