Cleans exam rooms and operatories, bathrooms, laboratories, offices, halls, clinic lobby and any other areas by performing the following duties :

Essential Functions of the Job :

• Washes and sanitizes exam tables and chairs.
• Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies.
• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums floor.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Makes sure all assigned areas are clean, neat and tidy.
• Replenishes tissues, towels, and soaps in rest rooms, kitchens, and meeting rooms.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets.
• Transports trash and recycling to appropriate disposal areas.
• Complies with HIPAA.
