Job description100% on the phone Outbound phone calls to candidates who apply (headsets, dual monitor and laptops provided) Conduct pre-screening with candidates to cover basic questions (template provided) Making job offers, sending background checks Scheduling new hires for new hire orientation Enjoy talking with people Experience with MS Excel skills Experience with MS Outlook and MS Teams - 0365 Able to work effectively and efficiently in a changing environment Strong organizational & communication skills Familiarity with online job hunting websites Passion for People
