Physical Therapist

Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) is recruiting a Physical Therapist for the Ash Grove Rehabilitation Clinic in Ash Grove, Missouri. The Ash Grove Rehabilitation Clinic offers short-term rehabilitation for injuries and long-term rehabilitation for medical conditions on an inpatient and outpatient basis. The clinic is located inside Ash Grove Healthcare Facility.

Physical Therapists at CMH are part of an integrated team of healthcare professionals. We support our Physical Therapists' continued growth by offering company-paid opportunities for continuing education and professional development.

A typical day in this position will include assessing patients' needs and goals, collaborating with team members to design individualized therapy plans, and working with patients one-on-one to provide therapeutic treatments and services.

This position is full-time, Mon-Fri, 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.

• Education : Graduation from an approved physical therapy program

• Licensure / Certification : Current and active license to practice as a physical therapist in the state of Missouri
