You will handle client intake, manage scheduling, and ensure seamless communication across the team. Salary Range : 1,150 to 1,220 USD

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To :

• Handle intake and gather new client information
• Answer phone calls and text messages promptly
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely engagement
• Contact clients and prospects to convert them into clients, primarily via phone calls
• Communicate with tutors to coordinate activities
• Manage email communications
• Schedule classes and manage related logistics
• Monitor and follow up on tasks to ensure completion across the admin team

Strong sales experience

Ability to learn quickly and adapt

Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
