Your day to day as a Foreman

As a Part-Time Foreman at Recycle NOW, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of valet doorstep trash collection within your assigned territory. Assisting the local supervisor, you'll ensure that nightly pickups at apartment properties are completed efficiently, especially when team members are unavailable for their shifts. Your responsibilities will also include conducting thorough walk-throughs of properties facing service issues, guaranteeing quality control, and performing courtesy check-ins with onsite team members to uphold our commitment to service excellence.
