Director of Incident Management

A company is looking for a Director, IDD Incident Management and Quality Outcomes, Performance-Based Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of incident management, ensuring compliance and high-quality reporting

Lead the development of incident review processes and use data analytics to identify risks and prevention strategies

Manage program development, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

Relevant experience in incident management and quality assurance within a healthcare or non-profit setting

Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams

Strong financial management skills, including budget development and P&L responsibility

Experience with data analytics tools, such as PowerBI, for monitoring program performance

Advanced degree in a related field preferred
