What you will do :

The Global Senior Brand Manager - Rogaine is responsible for mining for insights, supporting the Director on strategy, developing new concepts and products, building strong networks, overseeing staff performance, and developing assets to support product launches. As a Manager, you will work across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communication to ensure brand integrity and meet future needs and expectations :

• Develop new concepts and products; support development of brand 3YOP plan
• Lead team and cross-functional teams to ensure OTIF product launches
• Identify and capitalize on market trends to drive brand growth and increase HH penetration
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Manage and mentor a team of brand professionals to ensure high-quality work and professional development
• Provide appropriate promotional materials and work across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communication

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges : $152,150.00 - $214,800.00. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
