Senior Solutions Engineer

A company is looking for a Sr. Solutions Engineer to join their Launch team in shaping AI-powered shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and solution demonstrations during the pre-sale process

Support post-sale implementation and offer strategic technical guidance to Sales and Merchant Success teams

Lead custom solution design and implementation for enterprise merchants while maintaining technical documentation

Required Qualifications

Educational background in Computer Science or Engineering

5+ years of experience in solutions architect, solutions engineering, or implementation engineering roles

Strong knowledge of tech stacks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Shopify or similar platforms

Experience with writing front-end implementation code and working with APIs (REST / GraphQL)

Experience collaborating with GTM teams in SaaS environments during pre-sales and post-sales processes
