A company is looking for an Employee Benefit Select Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and service a high volume of small employee benefits accounts independently
Provide proactive support and act as the primary contact between clients and insurance carriers
Oversee the renewal and marketing processes for accounts, including client communications and compliance education
Required Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in the employee benefits industry or related field
Preferred college degree
Must hold a life and disability insurance license
Experience with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products
Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
