GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The LPN-Primary Care demonstrates the clinical knowledge and judgment to utilize the nursing process to asses, plan, implement, provide, supervise and evaluate each patient's nursing care. He / she will demonstrate regard for the right of all patients and personnel and provides respectful and considerate care focused on the patient's individual needs. He / she demonstrates accountability and responsibility for own work. Acquires, maintains and demonstrates current knowledge and competency.

EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Mandatory Reporter Certification required.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

One year work experience preferred.

Salary Range

$20.47 - $28.66
