Position : Kitchen & Bath Sales Representative / Cabinet Designer

Job Type : Full-Time

Compensation : Salary + Commission (Competitive earning potential)

We are seeking a motivated Showroom Sales Representative to join our team and build strong client relationships by providing expert guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with customers to understand their design requirements and develop innovative solutions that suit their specific needs.
• Create detailed design plans, including 2D and 3D drawings, using state-of-the-art design software.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate building materials, fixtures, and finishes to ensure their design vision is successfully executed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate estimates and quotes for design services. Stay updated on the latest design trends, building codes, and regulations to offer the most cutting-edge and code-compliant designs.
• Ensure all design projects are completed within established timelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring each project receives the necessary attention and meets customer expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any customer concerns or inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution and successful project completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all design projects, including plans, specifications, and correspondence
