Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Direct the development of paint systems and tools in collaboration with both product and industrial engineering teams.
- Ensure all paint-related systems meet defined standards for quality, cost-efficiency, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while minimizing resource impact.
- Maintain budget discipline and cost optimization throughout project phases.
- Enforce design principles that support paint process efficiency.
- Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Apply best practices, lessons learned, and operational standards consistently.
- Support staffing efforts for centralized engineering teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree7-9 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles.Proven success in managing advanced development projects.Hands-on experience in paint process development or production environments.
