Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to drive operational excellence, align cross-departmental processes, and shape the long-term vision of our organization. This role will work closely with senior leadership to develop performance goals, enhance productivity, and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess extensive leadership experience, deep knowledge of operational functions, and the ability to implement strategic solutions that support business growth.

Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning and Process Optimization :

Collaborate with senior managers to establish long-term operational plans and performance goals.

Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems to provide visibility into progress and challenges of key initiatives.

Devise and implement strategies to ensure enterprise-wide program growth and cost minimization.

Drive ARR reporting and establish relationships with leading indicators for future forecasting.
