About the Fellowship Program

Established in 1998, our ACGME-accredited fellowship offers a comprehensive 12-month curriculum designed to train Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians in holistic elder care. Our program covers :

• Institutional and home care
• Rehabilitation and palliative medicine
• Pharmacology and psychosocial factors
