JOB TITLE : Clinical Supervisor, School-based Lead
LOCATION : Can potentially be in Heppner, Fossil, John Day, Boardman, or Condon
FLSA : Exempt .83 FTE (40 hours per week during school year w / summers off based on school schedule)
SUPERVISOR : Clinical Director or Clinical Manager
PAY GRADE : B11 Clinical Supervisor I ($54,365 - $81,589 Annual Salary depending on experience and education)
B13 Clinical Supervisor II ($65,238 - $99,185 Annual Salary depending on experience and licensure)

DESCRIPTION
The Clinical Supervisor - School-Based Lead , under the supervision of the Clinical Director, is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of assigned school-based counselors and school-based supervisor(s) . The Clinical Supervisor - School-Based Lead plans, assigns, directs, and reviews the clinical work of school-based counselors and school-based supervisor(s). They ensure that the relevant Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) are adhered to, that contractual obligations are met, that reports are done, monitor quality assurance, and develops and monitor treatment protocols.
The Clinical Supervisor II also formally reviews and signs off on assessments and treatments plans developed by clinicians.

Depending upon location, this position is supervised by the Clinical Director or Clinical Manager.
Supervision Exercised
This position directly supervises all assigned school-based counselors and school-based supervisor(s).

Requirements : QUALIFICATIONS :
Education and / or Experience :
Master's degree from an accredited university in psychology, sociology, or other human services-related field and have five years of experience in the delivery of clinical services.
Clinical Supervisor II requires a License in Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Psychologist.
Certifications :
Certified Mental Health Investigator, or ability to obtain certification.
Certified Protective Services Investigator, or ability to obtain certification.
If this position is not a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or a Ph. D., the position needs to obtain their Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor certification.

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS :
Must pass all criminal history check requirements as required by ORS 181.536-181.537 and in accordance with OAR 410-007-0200 through 410-007-0380.
In addition to a pre-employment background check, each employee, volunteer, and contractor shall be checked on a monthly basis against the OIG and GSA exclusion lists, as well as other federal and state agency lists. If it is discovered that an employee, volunteer, or contractor is excluded or sanctioned it will be the cause for immediate termination of employment, volunteering, or the termination of the contract.
PERSONAL AUTO INSURANCE
Must hold a valid driver’s license as well as personal auto insurance for privately owned Vehicles utilized for CCS business such as client service purposes, travel between business offices and the community, to attend required meetings and training.
Must show proof of $300,000 or more liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage, and maintain said level of coverage for the duration of employment at CCS.
The employee’s insurance is primary with CCS insurance being secondary. CCS reserves the right to deny any employee the use of a vehicle owned by CCS.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use office automation including computer and phone systems that require fine manipulation, grasping, typing, and reaching.
The employee is also regularly required to sit; talk and hear; use hands and fingers and handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop; kneel and / or squat when adjusting equipment or retrieving supplies.
The employee may occasionally lift and / or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
The employee should possess a valid driver’s license for vehicle travel when working on behalf of the agency.
When serving in the on-call rotation, employee may be required to perform on less than optimal amounts of sleep.
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Work is performed in an office environment as well as in the community. The noise level in the office environment is usually moderate, but occasionally one may be exposed to loud noises. The noise in the community, including the homes of customers, is often difficult to predict. Occasional out-of-area travel and overnight stays will be required for attendance at meetings and / training.
However, the employee also will be required to work in the communities, homes, and other living environments, of the clients we serve. Handicap access may not be available at all places where this position must go. There are some situations where this position may be required to respond to environments where a client is in crisis. The environments in these situations are difficult to predict and may be in uneven terrain.
This position exposes the employee to the everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as an office.
