PRN Occupational Therapist - Acute Care

Hospital / Clinic Information : PT Solutions proudly has partnered with Advent Health Riverview, which opened in October 2024 and is an 82-bed facility that will eventually expand to 202 beds. The facility currently provides emergency care, cardiology, labor and delivery, bariatric, general, neurosurgery, and orthopedic surgery. There are 4 floors in the hospital, including 1 combined PCU / ICU and 1 med / surg unit

PRN Shift / Hour Requirements : 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday

Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Occupational Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patients specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)
