• Only 2 in-house calls per month / back up call from home
• 26 Department members with most weekends off
• Starting base is $498,000 with projected 1 st year income of $560,000
• Flexible scheduling
• Primary hospital is 423 beds level 2 trauma center
• Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing
• Group paid malpractice with no tail
