Your Role at Sephora:
Ready for a career glow up? As Strategic Sourcing Manager, Retail Operations & Facilities, youll lead enterprise-level sourcing strategies that support Sephoras store operations and facilities teams across the US and Canada. The work you do will impact beauty, as you drive value, efficiency, and strong supplier partnerships that help our stores and facilities operate at their best. What Youll Do:

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, from intake and market analysis through RFX execution, supplier negotiations, contracting, and handoff for ongoing success

• Develop and execute category strategies and multi-year sourcing roadmaps aligned to business priorities across retail operations and facilities

• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, align on sourcing approaches, and deliver measurable value

• Negotiate enterprise-level agreements, including MSAs and statements of work, ensuring optimal commercial and legal terms

• Leverage sourcing tools, data, and insights to identify savings opportunities, manage risk, and ensure process compliance

• Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships while supporting broader sourcing initiatives across the organization

What Youll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, ideally within retail operations, facilities, or services-based categories

• Proven ability to negotiate complex enterprise agreements and manage contracts through approval and execution

• Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience using sourcing technologies and financial analysis tools

• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience

What Youll Get:

The annual base salary range for this position is $135,000.00 - $148,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicants qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
