Mister Car Wash is rewriting the rules of the car wash industry. Headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, we're the nation's largest and fastest-growing car wash brand, with over 500 locations across 21 states and a multibillion-dollar public footprint. We wash cars for the fun of it, but we build careers with purpose, and we're looking for a Corporate Counsel who can help us do both.

This role is ideal for a legal professional who thrives at the intersection of law and business. We're seeking someone who can represent our company with integrity, collaborate across departments, and deliver legal solutions that protect the business while enabling growth. You'll be a trusted partner to internal teams, helping us navigate contracts, compliance, and operational challenges with clarity and confidence.

What You'll Do :

Contract Review and Negotiation

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, SaaS agreements, and acquisition-related documents.
• Research applicable laws across jurisdictions to provide concise, business-focused legal advice on contract terms, obligations, and risks.
