Job descriptionIntake customers with a positive attitude and get all information on issues pertaining to vehicle.Ensure that customers are aware of company policies at the time that their vehicle is dropped off (diagnoses, storage, etc.)Provide clear communication with the customer to ensure that they are aware of problems persisting with their vehicle, including inspection results, and also when their vehicle will be completed.Complete a thorough estimate to ensure that the customer is aware of the costs of their vehicle repair after inspection.Work with any and all vendors to ensure that the correct parts are ordered and in a timely manner.Ensure that all pricing / costs are correct on invoice.
