Job Overview

Chicago Fire Football Club is seeking a highly motivated Head of Academy Analysis to join our team.

This pivotal role will involve leading and driving forward the video analysis provision, within the Academy and 2nd Team, in line with our coaching methodology and Club vision. You will work collaboratively with the coaches throughout the Club; coordinating roles within the team to provide functional and high-performance workflows that can support the coaching team in all aspects of analysis. The role, reporting into the Academy Director, has the following purpose :

• Lead and coordinate video analysis support to all teams.
• Manage the day to day running of the video analysis deliverables throughout the academy and Fire II.
• Provide video analysis for the High Potential players, monitoring and tracking development using objective and subjective data.
• Oversee analysis of the Club’s playing philosophy and methodology, aiding with the vision of the club.
• Actively participate in wider management projects.
