Kuakini Medical Center Description of Position

Conducts polysomnographic testing and EEG testing (as assigned), data collection and analysis, patient instruction and respiratory therapy treatments under minimal supervision and in conformance with established methods and procedures for the Sleep Laboratory.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Basic Life Support (BLS), Level C certification required, with retraining once every two years. Current Hawaii Respiratory Therapist license required. Registry eligible (Respiratory Therapy), or one (1) year experience in an accredited Sleep Disorders Center required; or any combination of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to meet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential functions of this position.

Starting Hourly Rate $42.81
