Instructional Designer

Do you have a passion for Instructional design

Ridgeline International is seeking an Instructional Designer to support our online and in-person design and delivery this role you will create design develop instructional materials learning resources and content. The successful candidate will have a combination of education and work experience in instructional design / learning experience design for technical and complex topics.

What youll do :

• Design develop implement and evaluate enterprise-wide learning solutions in support of Ridgelines business objectives.
• Partner with SMEs and key stakeholders to develop learning paths and curriculum that reflects sound instructional design based on adult learning principles and best practices.
• Demonstrate experience in instructional design systems learning technologies and adult learning best practices.
• Maintain progressive knowledge of the trends in learning experience design learning methodologies and learning technology solutions.
• Work across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals
• Use human-centered design approach to solving instructional design challenges
