This is an Outpatient Movement Disorders need. This clinic primarily sees Parkinson's patients, tremor (motor + non-motor), ataxia, dystonia, and other specific Movement Disorders diagnosis. Experience or certification in this specific specialty is needed. Botox administration is preferred but not required.

Preferably looking for one full time provider

Must have current Washington license or IMLC accepted.
