Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Hourly Rate : $29–$36 per hour ($60,320–$ 74,880annual base salary)
• Overtime is authorized : with approval from the Supervisor.
• Per diem : $55 per day and lodging will be provided for authorized out-of-town travel and service.
• On-Call Compensation : $150 for scheduled on-call duties . (One (1) weekend Friday-Sunday every four (4) weeks)
• Paid Time Off : 48 hours (increases to 168 hours with tenure)
• Paid Holidays : 7 per year (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
• 401(k) Match : 5% employer match

Install and replace commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, packaged units, and refrigeration systems, with precision and attention to detail.
