Key Responsibilities Analyze business needs : Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, processes, and data flows; translate them into clear functional requirements and use cases. Design optimal solutions : Define and document system requirements aligned with the organization’s architecture and strategic objectives. Process improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline or automate workflows through technology or process redesign. Requirement translation : Convert business requirements into system specifications, collaborating with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery. Stakeholder communication : Present technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner to end users and leadership. Project support : Develop project plans, assist in estimating costs and resources, and track deliverables to completion. Documentation & training : Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, and user guides; support UAT and post-implementation reviews. Mentorship : Provide guidance and review work of junior analysts to ensure quality and consistency. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within IT or enterprise applications. Strong understanding of requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping. Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Preferred Qualifications Experience with financial systems, financial applications, or data / reporting domains. Proficiency with JIRA for agile project tracking and Microsoft Visio for process flow diagramming. Familiarity with SDLC, Agile / Scrum methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration between business and IT teams. Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
