Allied Health Recruiter

A company is looking for a Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with Directors, HR professionals, and Operations teams to coordinate recruitment efforts

Build and maintain relationships with rehab directors and manage recruitment events

Conduct initial phone screenings and manage recruitment records and staffing analyses

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience

Working knowledge of recruiting issues and strategies

Approximately 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a healthcare staffing environment preferred

Familiarity with physical and occupational therapy, and speech language pathology

Experience with ICIMS is a plus
