ASU Enterprise Partners is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to lead and support full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment processfrom sourcing and engaging top candidates to guiding hiring teams through selection. You'll play a critical role in shaping our hiring strategies, delivering a seamless candidate experience, and building diverse, high-performing teams that align with our mission. What You'll Do

• Partner and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to assess talent needs and advise on sourcing strategies
• Identify, source, and engage candidates through creative and innovative sourcing techniques
• Pre-screen candidates to determine the appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• Assist in the development of ASU Enterprise Partners' overall sourcing strategy
• Provide recommendations on all recruitment marketing strategies
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience by maintaining ongoing communication with potential candidates
• Advance talent pipeline strategies that ensure future talent needs are met, and a continuous flow of candidates is established via relational recruitment tactics and proactive recruiting sourcing
• Develop weekly reports to measure effectiveness and efficiencies
• Develop and manage key performance indicators to measure program results and demonstrate program effectiveness and outcomes
• Participate in special projects related to talent management
• Other duties as assigned
