Key Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain internal AI platforms and tools

Lead workshops and initiatives to promote AI best practices across departments

Required Qualifications

10+ years in software engineering or systems architecture, with 1+ years in AI / ML

Full stack development experience

Expertise in AI systems and frameworks, including LLMs and agentic systems

Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with experience in cloud infrastructure

Experience with vector databases and fine-tuning LLMs
