Treatment Specialist

The Treatment Specialist is responsible for providing confidential intake and service provision for the Article 16 Clinic, serving as the OPWDD Waiver Services CCO (Care Coordination Organization) liaison, ensuring eligibility through NYS, serving as a superuser of Electronic Health Records, and participating in special assignments in accordance with state regulatory guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• The Treatment Specialist is responsible for ensuring intake and service provision for the Article 16 Clinic
• The Treatment Specialist is responsible for ensuring intake and service provision for OPWDD Waiver Service through CCO Liaison
• The Treatment Specialist is responsible for the Eligibilities through NYS including Medicaid and Social Security
• The Treatment Specialist is the superuser of Electronic Health Record Therap
• The Treatment Specialist is responsible for participating in Specialty Assignments
• The Treatment Specialist will provide administrative services to the Finance Department as directed.
