• OASIS / Medicare Certified Visits Experience\n
• Electronic Charting experience\n
• Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)\n
• Current Kentucky RN License\n
• American Heart Association BLS\n
• Valid U.S. Driver's License\n\nHome Health RN Contract Details : \n
• $1,980 - $2,186 per week\n
• 13-week contract\n
• SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit\n
• Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage\n
• Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity\n
