Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for clients and families, fostering a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
• Provide tailored outpatient therapy services to individuals and families, catering to their unique needs and instilling a path to healing.
• Develop comprehensive crisis and safety plans, relapse prevention, and wellness strategies to empower clients throughout their mental health journey.
• Engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care collaboratively.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations in a timely manner, upholding the highest professional standards.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians to deliver holistic mental health care.
