Automotive Technician (A or B Level) Location : DeKalb, IL

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Pay : $25 – $40 / hour + Commission (Earning potential up to $100K)

We're looking for an experienced Automotive Technician (A or B Level) with 3–5+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing team in Dekalb, IL . We're a family-owned and operated shop known for high-quality service, a strong team atmosphere, and a loyal customer base. What You'll Do :

Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles with accuracy and efficiency

Perform services such as :

Brakes, tires, and alignments

Drivetrain and drivability repairs

Engine repairs

Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) on every vehicle

Clearly communicate with both customers and team members

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For :

3–5+ years of automotive repair experience (A or B Level Technician)

Ability to lift 70–100 lbs

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong work ethic, professionalism, and team-oriented mindset

Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with customers

Organized, reliable, and motivated to grow in your career
