We are seeking a driven, outgoing, and ambitious Sales Representative that has experience in selling telecom systems to join our company. We offer uncapped commission potential and reasonable salary to allow you to achieve six figure income. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead generation & prospecting:
• Conduct data mining and cold calling to identify and reach potential customers.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting under the guidance of our team.
• Customer engagement:
• Communicate effectively with potential customers to promote our services and understand their needs.
• Develop relationships with existing clients to uncover new opportunities.
• Marketing & reporting:
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns using our CRM system to drive engagement.
• Prepare reports and other documentation to track sales activities and progress.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5-10 years of increasing experience in field sales of public safety and/or distributed antenna systems.

You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts.

Education and experience required:

• Experience in DAS / ERRCS or similar sales.
• Must show some metrics in your previous ability to achieve quota results.
