Your role
The Events Specialistwillbe responsible forplanning executing andoptimizingFSIs event portfolio with a particular focus on our mobile event unit and a high-volume of regional events across the U.S. You will managelogistics vendor coordination on-site execution and post-event analysis to ensure each event aligns with FSIs brand supports our sales pipeline and delivers excellent attendee experience.
As part of the Growth Team reporting directly to the Director of Marketingyoullhelp build awareness around FSIsplatformleading our robust events strategy. This is a newly created role andwerelooking for someone who lives and breathes theevents lifecyclewith a high degree of organizationandprofessionalism.
Your responsibilities
Overseethe full eventlife-cycle : ideation planninglogistics on-siteexecutionand post-event follow-up.
Managelogisticsfor 70 regional events each year : trade shows user group meetings roadshowsandpartner events.
Develop detailed event project plans timelinesbudgetsand checklists with key milestones.
Work cross-functionally with Sales Product Customer Solutionsand External Partners to ensure event goals align with pipeline brandmessagingand attendee experience.
Coordinate vendor contractsshipping / transportbooth needs (swag signage)
Post-event : assistwith data capture (attendee leads feedback) budget reconciliation performance metrics (ROI cost per attendee pipeline attribution) andretrosummaries with recommendations for improvement.
Maintain event inventory (swag collateral signage demo equipment)
Work with Marketing operations to integrate event data into CRM / marketing automation ensureaccurateleads flow to Sales andtimelyfollow-up.
Support brand consistency across all event touchpoints : pre-event communications on-site branding digital lead capture post-event follow-up.
Qualifications
Required :
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications EventManagementor related field (or equivalent experience).
3 years of event planning and execution experience ideally within B2B SaaStechnologyor healthcare environment.
Excellentproject-managementskills : ability to juggle multiple events simultaneouslymaintaindetailed timelinesbudgetsand checklists.
On-site event experience : ability to travel
Strong collaboration skills : comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing sales product external partners.
Data-driven mindset : capable of tracking / event metrics reporting on ROI pipeline attribution cost-per-lead etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred :
Experience in healthcare technology or software / SaaS marketing.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing-automation integration for event leads (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce)
Experience working with mobile / demonstration vehicles or branded environments (e.g. vans trailers pop-up experiences).
Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Work Location :
We are a remote-first : Revenue / Marketing meetingsconferencesand events.
Compensation :
The compensation offered for this position will be based upon relevant experience qualifications and work location. The expected salary range for this role is $60000-$70000 annually.
