Car Wash Supervisor

DOE $25–$26 / hr Queens, NY MUST HAVE VALID D.L and Car Was experience to helpwith pre launch set up.

Nu3s is launching this November—and we’re hiring a hands-on Car Wash Supervisor to help build it from the ground up!

This is a startup , so flexibility is key.

You’ll start part-time immediately , transitioning to full-time before our grand opening.

You’ll be instrumental in assisting with site preparation, systems, and team for launch—overseeing everything from equipment setup and inventory coordination to staff training and operational workflows.

Lead, train, and motivate the car wash team Oversee daily operations, guest service, and safety standards Manage inventory, supplies, and cleanliness of the site Handle scheduling, performance reviews, and team development Resolve guest concerns and ensure high-quality service Coordinate with other departments and support auto care operations Stay current on industry trends and maintain compliance Fill in as needed to maintain efficient operational workflow What We’re Looking For :

• 2+ years supervisory experience in a similar role Car Wash Experience Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Flexible schedule (weekends / holidays) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Why Nu3s?
