Medina Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is currently seeking skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven Registered Nurse (RN) to welcome our ever-growing team! And to maintain our reputation for being the preferred source for skilled nursing / long-term care within the communities we serve.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN) :

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) Ohio license

    • Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN) :

  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
  • Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
  • Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
  • Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
  • Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
