We're looking for an experienced, data-driven Marketing Growth Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive Welltech's revenue growth. You'll combine performance marketing expertise, creative strategy, and funnel optimization to uncover new opportunities for revenue growth directly impacting our business results.

Key responsibilities include :

• Lead strategic, cross-functional growth initiatives across paid acquisition, creative, product growth, and analytics to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that expand current product positioning, launch new audience segments, and improve conversion efficiency across app and web funnels.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and MarTech teams to identify high-impact opportunities, test new hypotheses, and scale successful growth tactics globally.
• Bring a performance marketing mindset analyze data, manage trade-offs, and turn insights into scalable marketing strategies.
• In your first three months you will : build a deep understanding of our products, audiences, and growth levers; take full ownership of one of the core growth streams from strategy to execution hitting ROI and revenue targets; strengthen collaboration between performance, creative, and product functions to accelerate experimentation and speed of learning.
