HR Consultant

A company is looking for an HR Consultant to provide expert HR support and guidance to external customers. Key Responsibilities : Serve as a dedicated HR consultant, offering tailored solutions and conducting working sessions with customers Facilitate positive change and support the adoption of new processes and tools Participate in the BHR Admin Accelerator Program, capturing key learnings and collaborating to improve customer experiences Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in HR consulting, customer success, or a related field Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, particularly in SaaS products Proficiency in using HR software and tools Customer-focused approach with strong analytical and organizational skills
