POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing existing client relationships while proactively identifying and nurturing new business opportunities within our established customer base. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate autonomy in managing priorities that evolve with market demands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
- Business Development : Drive growth within existing accounts through strategic account planning, upselling, and cross-selling our range of injection molding solutions and leveraging company capabilities and technological advancements.
- Project Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, quality assurance) to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Problem Resolution : Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring issues are resolved to maintain positive customer relationships.
- Sales Support : Participate in developing and implementing an aggressive sales strategy and ensure the most efficient execution process for the full cycle (i.e. customer identification, deal structuring, negotiating, and closing).
- Cost Quoting : Lead RFQ process for qualified requests. Work closely with Business Development Team on leads and RFQs to deliver business growth opportunities for the site from a sales and margin perspective.
- Teamwork : Build and maintain broad-based relationships with department leaders across Rosti, partner with company management teams, industry leaders, and professional networks to facilitate business development initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience : Minimum 5 years of proven success in account management or sales within the injection molding industry, preferably with blue chip customers.Skills :Strong business acumen and understanding of technical manufacturing processes.
