Mortgage Sales Assistant

Description

Role : Serves a multi-skilled role involving assisting Mortgage Loan Officers.

Job Type : Full Time, Hybrid eligible : must work in office 3 days per week including Monday & Friday; Hybrid schedule subject to change.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Assign all incoming mortgage applications daily.
• Follow-up on pre-approval pipeline for Loan Officers on a weekly basis
• Manage Mortgage Loan Officer's prospect, pending and pre-purchase folders daily
• Assist Mortgage Loan Officer with purchase agreement review
• Manage Mortgage Sales referrals and assign to appropriate employee.
• Manage the incoming and outgoing daily mail for Loan Officers
• Scan and upload incoming docs from members to Encompass.
• Manage all incoming faxes and emails for Mortgage Sales.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit and stand; answer calls; operate computer; interact with internal employees and members on the phone; travel to designated offices; lift up to 20 lbs.

The starting salary range for this position is : $27.22 - $32.00. This range reflects the base starting salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include : low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
