We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level International Sales and Service Representative to join our business-to-business sales team. This is a growth-oriented position designed to provide hands-on experience in the railroad track material industry and serve as a steppingstone to a future international sales role.

You will work closely with account representatives, managers, and officers to learn the fundamentals of A&K’s sales operations, logistics, customer service, and international project coordination. This is a unique opportunity to build industry knowledge and contribute to expanding global market in a mature domestic market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support international sales representatives by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing and tracking sales orders.
  • Collaborate with international sales managers on large-scale projects and strategic bids.
  • Learn to prepare accurate and competitive quotations using internal software tools.
  • Gain product knowledge and develop familiarity with our inventory of rail and track materials.
  • Analyze and report on competitive trends and market data.
  • Engage with logistics and shipping functions to support international transactions and customer needs.
  • Maintain strong internal communication with sales teams and other departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, operations, or supply chain management preferably in manufacturing, construction, or other like industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency required (Spanish, Portuguese).
  • Strong interest in international sales, logistics, and supply chain operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally (0-10%).
